RISE serves Orange County
Orange County, Florida, is a populous county with a 1.5 million-strong community, spanning 1,003 square miles. Homeownership is at 56%, but there’s a 15% poverty rate, underscoring the need for support.
RISE Orange County is a non-profit organization dedicated to disaster coordination and community welfare, receiving substantial financial support. They’ve helped assess and address home damage and empower communities with disaster preparedness workshops.
In 2023, RISE Orange County unveiled a strategic plan focused on prevention, preparation, and community promotion, fostering a brighter future.
